We'll email you a pre-paid shipping label. Read the packing requirements below before sending.

⚠️ Packing Requirements

✓ Wrap ECU in bubble wrap — at least 2 full layers

✓ Use a rigid box with padding on all sides (no jiffy bags)

✓ Include a printed copy of your order confirmation inside the box

✓ Secure all connectors — tape or bag any loose pins

✗ Do NOT ship in an envelope or padded mailer

✗ Do NOT send without the pre-paid label we email you

✗ ECUs damaged in transit due to improper packing cannot be serviced

What happens next After submitting you'll receive a confirmation email with your order ID and a pre-paid shipping label as a PDF. Print it, attach it to your box, and drop it off at any UPS location. We'll text and email you at every step once it arrives.
