ECU SHOP — TERMS OF SERVICE v1.0

1. RETURN SHIPPING FEE

If you submit an ECU for service and choose not to proceed after your ECU has been received at our shop, a return shipping fee will be charged before your ECU is returned to you. The fee reflects the actual cost of return shipping and will be communicated at that time. Your ECU will not be returned until the fee is paid.

2. SERVICE ELIGIBILITY

ECUs damaged in transit due to improper packing are not eligible for service and will be returned at the customer's expense. We document the condition of your ECU upon arrival with photos.

3. PACKING REQUIREMENTS

You are responsible for properly packing your ECU per the instructions provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by insufficient packing materials or methods.

4. TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on parts availability and shop workload. You will be notified of any significant delays.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is due upon completion of service before the ECU is returned. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at time of completion.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our service. All ECUs are photographed upon arrival to document their condition.

✓Bubble wrap — at least 2 full layers around the ECU
✓Rigid cardboard box with padding on all 6 sides
✓Print and include a copy of your order confirmation inside
✓Secure all connectors — bag or tape any loose pins
✗Do NOT ship in a padded mailer or envelope
✗Do NOT send without the pre-paid shipping label we email you
What happens next After submitting you'll get a confirmation email with your order ID. Your pre-paid shipping label will be emailed within 24 hours. Print it, pack your ECU per the requirements above, and drop off at any UPS location.
